We’re excited to share an update: Somerset is transitioning from Hightower to Indivisible Partners. While this move gives us more flexibility and resources to serve you better, the things that matter most—our relationship, your accounts, and the way we take care of you—aren’t changing.

5. What You Need to Do Now

✔ Sign the consent letter – You should have already received a DocuSign request. If you don’t see it, let us know. This allows Hightower to partner with Indivisible to ensure a smooth transition of your data and accounts. This is the best possible scenario for a transition of this type and we are very grateful for Hightowers commitment to us in this process.

6. What’s Next?

✔ Final transition – Once all of our clients have signed consent letters to help with the transition, we will work behind the scenes to create a packet of materials that will include a new advisory agreement, and any forms needed by custodians or technology providers to make sure your data and performance history come over seamlessly. We will call you so you know to expect this packet via docusign. This will likely be somewhere in the mid-April to mid-May timeframe but we will keep you in the loop as we get closer.
