Jennifer Holmes brings a unique dual-discipline background in finance and education to her role as Accounting & Executive Administrative Associate at Indivisible Partners. She manages core financial functions such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and reporting while also supporting the firm’s executive leadership team with high-level administrative oversight, scheduling, and operational coordination.
Jennifer’s career spans more than a decade across finance, education, and leadership. Her experience includes serving as CFO, Controller, and Finance Manager for multiple organizations, where she led financial strategy, budgeting, and operational improvements. In parallel, Jennifer has held academic leadership roles, including Associate Dean of Academics and Professor of Mathematics and Business, guiding students and institutions toward growth and success.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement, Jennifer views every challenge through a strategic, data-driven lens. Her commitment to structure, problem-solving, and people-first leadership makes her an invaluable member of the Indivisible team.
Outside of work, Jennifer lives in Tampa, Florida, where she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her children, family, and friends. A self-professed math enthusiast and avid shoe collector, she finds joy in both numbers and personal style. Whether competing in bowling tournaments or cheering on aspiring gymnasts, Jennifer leads with energy, insight, and unwavering purpose.
