Mike Adornetto

Mike’s role is to provide the resources and expertise that facilitate a seamless transition of the advisor business to the Indivisible Partners Wealth Platform, allowing advisors to remain focused on serving their clients. Mike oversees a team of dedicated operations and service professionals who understand the needs of both advisors and clients and are laser-focused on excellence in delivery. His role is rooted in his client-first philosophy of establishing and maintaining an operational environment positioned to give advisors the support and autonomy to deliver on client needs.

Mike brings more than three decades of experience in leading finance services operations and technology and client services functions. During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Mike designed and implemented a digital strategy to support online and mobile capabilities for over 2 million clients. Prior to being the Chief Operating Officer, Mike led service and operations delivery for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Operations for Bank of America’s Corporate and Commercial Bank, Operations for Bank of America’s Consumer Bank, Bank of America’s Enterprise Fraud and Claims and Bank Call Center Operations, and Customer Servicing for the Card, Deposit, and Home Loans (Mortgage) business.

Mike comes to Indivisible Partners with the belief that the wealth management industry is lacking a platform that fully supports a transparent and trusting advisor-client relationship, and that putting a client’s peace of mind over any products you sell is the way to achieve the outcomes clients desire.
